1. Trash Removal
Trash bins will be taken to the curb twice a week and recycling once per week. Per DSNY guidelines, garbage will be put out after 8pm.

2. Trash Bin Retrieval
Avenues will come back the following day after pickup to bring back the trash bins to their area. We will also label the bins with the property address to ensure the bins are not lost or mistaken with the neighbors.

3. Leaf Sweeping
Avenues shall perform a weekly sweeping of the leaves and debris from the Premises.

4. Hallway Cleaning
Avenues shall vacuum, mop and sweep the hallways and all common areas on a monthly basis. Avenues will clean all exposed glass and mirrors and disinfect the banisters and all high touch surfaces.

5. Snow Shoveling
Avenues shall clear snow as required by the layout of the Premises upon written request of the Owner. Avenues shall clear the front of the building, the walkway, and stoop.

6. Trash Bin Cleaning
Avenues Sanitation can clean trash bins as needed to ensure they are kept clean and hygienic for neighbors, tenants and residents. We use cleaning agents and disinfects to ensure they are kept clean for all.
